Who We Are

Welcome to our company and thank you for checking us out! We are a small, family-owned butcher shop. We started in the meat industry in 2003 and since then we have developed many quality products that we offer to our customers through our store located in Springfield, Missouri. We offer handmade bratwurst, sausages, dinner sides, and other enticing creations. In addition, we offer many local goods in our store including local beef, bison, lamb, chicken, eggs, milk, candies, and more. Stop by our store anytime; we can’t wait to meat you!

What We Do

We specialize in meat! We aren't discriminatory, we like all kinds of meat: beef, bison, pork, various kinds of poultry, venison, elk, lamb, goat, seafood, and even more exotic options like ostrich and antelope. We are especially partial to bratwursts and sausages which we make, along with many other fun items, in house! We don't survive on meat alone however, we also offer ready-to-go dinner sides, eggs, milk, jarred goods, cheeses, grilling necessities and more.
